Eligibility

General Requirements

While each stream has specific criteria, these are the common requirements across most OINP streams.

Intent to Reside

Must demonstrate genuine intention to live and work in Ontario after obtaining PR

Legal Status

Must have legal status if currently residing in Canada (valid work/study permit)

Settlement Funds

Must have sufficient funds to support yourself and dependents during settlement

Documentation

Valid passport, language test results, ECA, and other supporting documents
