Application Process

Apply through Studyinfo.fi during joint application period (January). Take entrance exams or interviews if required. Results usually by April-May.

Accept Offer & Pay Tuition

Confirm your study place and pay the first year's tuition fee (or receive scholarship confirmation). This is required before visa application.

Apply for Residence Permit

Create account on EnterFinland.fi and submit your application online. Upload all documents including acceptance letter, proof of funds, and insurance.

Biometrics at VFS

Book appointment at VFS Global or Finnish Embassy to verify identity and provide fingerprints/photo. Bring all original documents.

5

Receive Decision & Travel

Processing takes 1-2 months. Once approved, receive residence permit card and plan your travel to Finland!
